Yesterday was made with Kristiinän our 4. Wife Carrying training. We've been running Munkkiniemi Sports Center now four times and we did also the first water exercise in the ocean. We've improved the performance in each training, and we are ready for the race on Julu 1st, 2017. The last training is either on Friday or Saturday, so you can practice a couple of rounds on the right competiton track in formula style.

Therea are 48 pairs from different countries registered for the competition. See you on Sonkajärvi on Saturday!
